Competition Horses

Drangons Hero.  16.2hh chestnut gelding, by Sir San.  He is a lovely young horse, and finished the 2009 season with a win.  After a pulled muscle over the winter he is now looking ready to to go Stafford Horse Trials to start the 2010 season.

Zoncorde M.  16.1hh bay warmblood by Concorde.  Our new event horse had a great start to his eventing career, winning two events and being placed second in another.  He's certainly going to be one to watch for the future.

Ennis Freckles.  16.2hh grey Irish thoroughbred.  Emily qualified for the BHS cross country championships on this new horse, and will be took him to Stafford in July.

4 year olds.  We currently have the following 4 year olds to compete in the Burghley Young Event Horse classes, and then event in the 4yr old classes during the second half of the season:

• Hot Topic is a lovely home bred horse out of a thoroughbred mare by Polling, and has been placed in dressage every time out.
• Wexford Lad (in photo)  is an Irish horse by a new stallion called Nigrasine.  He is making up to be a big strong horse, hunting this season and hopefully ready to event next season
• Birr is a little horse by Black Walter by Cavalier Royale
